Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders totaling $100 or more will receive FREE UPS GROUND SERVICE SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or International shipments. 

PROCESSING TIME

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. 

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Please allow 2- 3 business days after placing your order for processing. 

UPS GROUND SERVICE 

We offer Ground Service shipping for all U.S. orders  All Ground Service shipments will take approximately 2-­4 business days AFTER 2 business days warehouse processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. 

UPS 2ND DAY SHIPPING

Orders must be received by noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday­-Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days by 3 pm following the order date. Prices are based on weight and destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.

UPS NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Orders are shipped the same day when ordered before 12 pm on weekdays. Guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer USPS Priority Mail International Shipping Services. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

NOTE: Taxes and Duties for international shipping varies depending on the country and should be paid by the customer.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to UPS to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
